If it is a 500ML cap based on what I have seen of the duck bill valves you are in a lot of poo. If you have hard 90 degree elbows if they are clear of all build up you got a chance.

I can't imagine that passing through a duck bill (valve). There are 4 of them in the system. IF the cap made it that far.
I would disassemble the head and look for the cap stuck inside where the hose to the tank attaches to the base of the head. If my memory is correct, that hole is kinda small and if anything is going to get stuck before getting to the actual vacuum pump, it would get stuck there. Years ago, one of my GF's kids flushed something down mine, and that's where it got stuck.

Thank you. You say only dismantling the bowl right?

This is what I found in my pump when it would not stop cycling:

Yes. Underneath of the ball that moves when you flush the head there's a bowl with the discharge tube connected to it. You might be able to check it from the top by holding the pedal down and sticking your finger in there. You could also try removing the hose from the side of the base. I had to get to the part below to remove the kid's 1" tall plastic animal out of it.

If you don't find it there, you're going to have to find where the other end of that hose connects to the vacuum generator on the holding tank and disassemble that. Take at least 1 Channellock pliers with you for the fittings if you need to do that.

Thank you Skibum… I’ll come back with news…

Thank you indeed Skibum… the bottle’s cap “exactly” fits the -hole in the bowl-

After removing the cap, the internal vacuum accumulated in the line acted alone (w/o pressing the lever) returning to normal…

Many thanks everybody…

Excellent! I was wondering how you did.

I was worried it made it through and you were going to have to take the pump side apart.
