Good luck with this, but I think the 97 canvas package for the 240 was Great Lakes Boat Tops, same as for my 270 and my new canvas from them only cost a few hundred more than you are asking, brand new. Might check them out. MM

That's why I put b/o for best offer. I didn't know what great lakes would charge but I know this is as new as a great lakes top would come and took a little off est. brand new cost due to some window discolor, no hardware, pieces as shown. unfortunately this doesn't fit my boat. Great lakes doesn't have the template for mine, looking at around $2000 based on quotes from a couple local canvas shops so far to have mine made w/frame, etc.,thanks for the reply and feedback.
