I'm leaving in the morning as well. I checked it out today. There were quite a few boats already there. I spoke with a couple of people there and they recommended getting there early. Hopefully we'll see you there.. Be safe.

I have already rented my slip while I was out there this weekend but there were plenty of slips open when I left on Sunday. I'll be back Tuesday afternoon sometime.

I think I'm at slip 78 on C Dock so swing by and say hi.

Wow I'm worried now...We'll be leaving as early as possible but it will still take a couple hours - 30+ miles. Wish us luck! Sea ya there!

Ahhhhh... So that's the trick. Damn, I should have gotten my slip today when I was 'checkin' things out. I'll be there early. Thanks for the heads up. I'll see you there.

There's a kink in the rules (at least for now, they could always change)....

- You can pay for a slip for up to 14 days, the maximum stay.
- You have to stay in the slip overnight for the first night of your paid stay.
- After that first night, you can post an Occupied sign on the slip and come and go as you like, even if you don't come back for a few days. (as I have this week).

So the bad part is you can't pay for the slip on an afternoon outing.
