So the other half is replacing our cabinetry latches.
The difference between a drawer latch and a door latch is the part mentioned.
She ordered from Flounder Pounder some cabinet latches but was unaware of the need for this part. She called Flounder P to get the part however they, while often great people to do business with, threw her under the bus and insisted that she spend another 25.00 minimum to get the 2.00 extension pin. This is after she bought extra stuff to make the 25.00 on the first order. That's pretty punishing to avoid putting an item in an envelope to help out a customer who just ordered from you. The Darth Vader business model.
Hafele, the mftgr., claims to not know anything about this part. Hoo boy.
So, we've looked everywhere for this arcane and obscure part and, apart from FP, it doesn't seem to be around.
Maybe one of you folks have a thought or source we could try?
