dropped off part of the interior to the local upholstery shop. i picked a nice light copper marine vinyl to replace the 1994 teal/gray/beige fabric that we all know and ....errr.... love? lol

She is supposed to call tomorrow with the estimate. the material is 30.00 a yard and her labor is 50.00 an hour. I'm hoping to get the v berth, dinette and aft cabin done for 1500.00. I really have no idea what the estimate may be..... "somewhere between a hot dog and a house".

I am lucky that we are reusing the foam and those plastic backs with the zippers. she said those were expensive and ours were in good shape for reuse.

Good luck! You may want them to add a thin layer to bolster the front edge as that is usually where the foam breaks down. It shouldn't cost much more but would be a nice touch. Ask the shop what they think...

600.00 for the aft cabin cushions.:wow:

I said "go ahead" I'll bring the v berth Monday and schedule the dinette in a couple of weeks.

Its only money!

I went with a marine vinyl in light copper. Since the walls and ceiling are beige and the carpet is beige I thought it would look nice. and I can keep the turquoise accents I have now that match the boat exterior.

Agree 100%. Had 1/4" foam added over my seat cushions for the aft cockpit when I had them recovered and it turned out great. The ladies af the shop actually did it for me at no charge once they got a look at the existing foam after taking the vinyl off.

Lets see some pictures! I have the same interior. Thought about what to do with the carpet? I've thought about hardwood but any idea what you do on the sides that are carpeted? Use Vinyl?

I am keeping a close eye on this also. Come spring the teal carpet is going. I have a soft spot in the floor. Its not going to break my heart to rip out that god aweful carpet. Has anyone ever done anything to address the steps leading to the cabin?

This is mine on the 330, 2 months ago, I replaced that table 2 weeks ago, now the carpet is next.
