Cabin door upper slider help 05' 390DA

Hey guys.... I have searched and searched for info on the cabin door upper slider and came up with nothing.
The slider is starting to stick and noticed that it is starting to slightly shred the slider rail. Stoped using it immediately. Any suggestions on what I need to do? it seems difficult to gain access to the slider assembly. Thanks in advance!!!!

If you are talking about the stateroom door I had a similar problem on my 05 420 Sundancer.

You can remove the trim at the top of the door to gain access to the track. On my 420 the trim was just held in by a tight fit and tree clips and a few screws. I have a mirror on the wall the door is in so I drilled a 3" hole behind the mirror for access to that part of the track and to allow new rollers to be installed. It was much less work than removal of the wall that the local Searay dealer recomended.

If you find out you need new rollers I have extras, assuming they are the same let me know if you want them.

Thanks becnme! Actually I should have taken a pic. This is the top slider above the door from the cockpit to the main cabin. It is the curved slider that slides open after you open the door. I'll try to find a pic. Be back!

WELL.... Captain Rusty with Sea Ray came through in a big way for me.
