Cabin door sliding rail replacement (370 DA)

Does someone ever replaced the cabin door sliding rail (top one) on a 370 DA or similar design (the door slides under a panel on the left) ? How did you do it and how do you remove the fixed panel on the left over the cabin door.

Cant say how it works on a '95 370, but on my '95 290 you have to remove the entire helm to get to the track unless you were willing to drill holes in the helm/dash directly above the screws for the track.
 
Be sure you have the right replacement parts on hand before you tear the boat apart. Spartech, the OEM supplier for most of the mid 90's-mid 2000's DA's ceased operations and closed their marine division in 2009 so parts may be difficult to source.
 
Yes thank you. I am replacing the top sliding rail and the trucks and I was able to locate the parts:

This is an example (not my boat but the same). The door does not slide under the helm but under the panel on the left. The panel looks like it is held in place by three screws at the bottom and sits on top(no screws). Of course all the silicone must be removed all around the left panel :
