I have a 2005 32 Sundancer I recently purchased, moved up and really like the boat. My issue is with the cabin door. It is a bit hard to open the door. The door is hanging to low so when you slide it it is scraping on the latch and the interior cabin structure on the underside of the door. If I am inside and close it and use my back as leverage to lift it it seems to slide much better. It looks like the back wheel in the track needs to be adjusted but I have no idea how to get to it. Any help would be appreciated.:smt021

I had the same issue. I picked up a 3rd (Skate) set of track wheels from Marine Max,
installed it in the center of the 2 top set of wheels.. easy to do.
1) use a straight egde and draw a line across the 2 set of wheel srew heads with the door closed
2) find the center between the screws, and drill 2 holes the size of the original hole, male sure to counter sink them
3) remove the 2 screws holding the port set of wheels (truck) and slide that set to the center where you just drilled the new holes
4) slide the new set of wheels into the left of the track you might need to remove 1 or 2 srews from the track to slide the new wheels in.
5) fasten the new wheels into place

MAKE SURE BOTH TRACKS ARE CLEAN THEN LIGHTLY LUBE

My boat did a similar thing last season. I had to lift it to latch/unlatch the door and it took some muscle to open & close it. You may need new trucks (rollers) and/or tracks too. I replaced mine this winter and it's a world of difference. Sea ray should carry the parts as your boat is a newer model. They did not have my parts and I had to go to Teak Isle Mfg. Spoke with Jim Cox who was very helpful to me.

Good Luck!

That's funny, Teak Isle is in Ocoee, FL and so is the ebay seller oemarine...... Hhhhmmmmm... By the way I did not pay $300.00 for my stuff as the track and train is sold by the foot. I did not need 6' of these. I think I got two 4' sections of track and 2' of train. Todd
