I have a 2005 C80 with a lot of scratches on the anti glare screen surface of it. This seems like it is not screen damage but on the anti- glare treatment and can make the screen unreadable in high sunlight.
What are my options to resolve this, I have read about tubro novus 2 on raymarine site - has anyone used that and can you report back.
I know this is open ended but I would like opinions, what would be an ideal replacement considering form factor and functionality?

appreciate everyone's thoughts.

I used Flix polish, a soft cloth and a fair amount of elbow grease to take all of the antiglare coat off.

Looks like new, and is much brighter and easier to read in the sun. And I've never seen any screen glare either, you won't miss it.

I polished it with Earth Brite and it looks like new. A few others have done the same with perfect results. You can get it on amazon.

I have read on another forum (THT) that there are antiglare films you can put on the screen after you polish off the old scratched coating and it makes them basically close to new.

Thanks everone for your suggestions, I will do some research and choose one of the products noted above to try, I will post results here.

Basically you can use any compound or a commercial glass cleaner called "sparkle" (available on Amazon), found zero negative affect, did this on my C80 & my newer E80. Make sure you use a micro fiber cloth on it to polish.
