C80 intermittent loss of GPS when underway.

Yesterday - after starting I had no gps or speed. It came back on under way when on plane. Went off again once or twice.
Seems like a connection issue, C80 stays powered up but just lost gps location and speed.
Before I go start hunting any advice from people that have experienced this?

My c90w does that every now and then. Flashes a position lost warning

What gps reciever do u have? I know the 125 and lower models are known to have the internal batteries go bad causing it to have intermittent signal loss. If it's the 125 (if possible) next time u loose signal run up and c what the led indication light on top the reciever is doing (what color and how many seconds in between flashes)
