I have a 260 sundancer and wanted to know if anyone knew where to buy a mooring line that hooks to a bouy and has two lines coming off of the buoy that can attach to each cleat on the bow of the boat? It is impossible for me to reach down to the hook from the bow and attach the line.

It would help if you gave more information. Is this your own personal mooring or are you a transient? Most mooring set ups already have one or two pennant lines attached to the underside of the ball.

A properly sized boat hook is the best tool for retrieving pennant lines. Most mooring setups have a small float attached by light line to the pennant lines(s). Use your boat hook to snag that light line near the float and you will be able to haul in the pennant lines.

If this is your own mooring, you might consider using a float with a fiberglass stick (tall buoy) that can be grabbed by hand from deck level.

If you are picking up a transient mooring with no pennant lines attached, you will have to attach your own line(s). You might find it easier to do this by coming along side the mooring ball to a point where you can easily reach down and work on it. Be careful not to foul the ground tackle in your props.
