Broken hatch latch

yesterday night mt friend visit my boat and while laying on the deck he want to close the hatch which i was fixed not to close and the hatch latch was broken ,

it was made from Taylormade , i looked but i cant find the part and how to buy ?
and is it easy to mount the part, are there anybody that experinced it before ,

i send an email to taylormade but not call maybe today i will call them, but i check the part but not understand how to mount it ,
seems riveted not screwed , if i will find is it easy to mount :huh:

Check with, SeaRayguy on eBay, he seems to have some of the difficult parts to find

i found the item in west marine but can not decide which is for mine
20-20 ?
is this the size of the hatch ?

Hello, did you ever figure it out? Both of mine are broken on Searay 340 and not sure what to do with rivets either?
