Well here I sit on Pender island near Victoria with a crapped out raw water pump. Had to get towed in by a fishing boat. Have to figure out how to get a new water pump sent over from Victoria. I just hope there are no issues from the overheating and all I nead is the raw water pump.
To make matters worse just found out my truck and trailer is missing from in front of my sisters place in North Van. Seems it's been towed.
 
That stinks. I hope it all works out.
 
Westie, I live in Vic and boat out of Sidney. I am at work at till later in the afternoon, but I may be able to help you after work if you need it. Are yu in Bedwell harbor Port Browning?

Nice offer! We're in Deep Cove but not much we can do to assist. I have a great mechanic but he's out of Burnaby so not much help to you over there!

Listen man - joking about someone being broken down simply isn't cool - on a lot of levels. Since I can only assume that you're older than 12, you really should know better.

Thanks to those that offered to help. I'm back up and running. I tried all the marine places in Victoria but no one could get a pump until Tuesday. I found a place in Richmond and had it flown over on the float plane service that comes to the island. The float plane delivery was cheap but the courier from the vendor to the airport was very expensive. Bearings in the water pump were completely shot.
Being towed in by a fishing boat isn't too bad. He responded as soon as I called on the radio and put me close enough to the dock that when I cut away I drifted perfectly in.

I was able to get a new water pump in Richmond and had it flown out to Pender island. I'm back up and running.
 
Poor cell service out here. Sorry for the redundant post.

I thought the minimum "buy in" of having to own a SeaRay would have been enough to prevent someone who lacks opposing digits from posting here - alas I was wrong.
