Anyone know of any dockage in Bristol? Looking for something for a few hours to tie up, go get lunch, etc...

Try the Herrishoff Museum - you can book a dock or mooring there through Dockwa

There are public dock at Thames Street Landing /Bristol Harbor Inn. I believe they let you tie up for 3hrs while shopping and dining. You can call the Inn for permission their web sit is bristolhorborinn.com. It's right downtown - closer than at Herrishoff Museum.
