Inside the master head I have one of the door latches that needs to be replaced because of reaction to water. Anyone know who makes them before I call Sea Ray?

I believe it might be Mobella. they make the 'swan' latches I have on my boat. have you tried flounder pounder marine? they have a bunch of different types/brands.

Hi Bill,
I own a company called Brassworks, in Providence, RI. Most likely the brass door latch is in fact made of solid brass but it is the lacquer which has deteriorated. We perform refinishing service if you'd like or you can strip the lacquer off and polish it yourself. You'd then have to relacquer it or it will just tarnish quickly.

Hi Bill,
I just had all 8 of mine re done at a brass shop in Fort Lauderdale. They look new and total cost was about $280. Mine is a 98 540DA and that style of handle no longer exists so refinish was the only option. As the fellow from Rhode Island said, they are solid brass, with a lacquer coating. There are two set screws on the handle (once loosened the handle unscrews from the actuator)) and another two that hold the chrome insert (if you have that style). Total time to RandR is about 15 minutes per set. Good luck.
