Bracket with ball for ski locker.

My bracket on my 2000 210 Sun Deck has become fatigued and bends when you close the hatch. Has anyone had to replace this and where did you get the part from? I have done a search for the part number and part name and not finding the Sea Ray part. 634550 BRACKET, SS GAS CYL 90DEG L-BRKT W/BALL LONG. Ideas?

That's a Sea Ray part number - typically only helpful when buying from a dealer. However, it's just a 90*, 10MM stud. You should be able to get something similar from just about any halfway decent marine store. It's probably all of $3 or $4 at your dealer, FYI.

But, it's strange for that metal to be fatiguing like that. Are you the screws aren't loose or the attachment surface isn't flexing?
