Bow Thruster Problem

My bow thruster is not working to full power. It is working and pushing some water, but not nearly as powerful as it was. Any suggestions as to what might be the issue? My intial thought was something may be caught in the thruster restricting the flow, but wanted to check with the experts here.

Thanks! Thruster has not been used in well over a month or so, so I am barnacles may be are the issue.

Plastic Bag, weak battreries, Barnacles and corroded wre contacts. It works, so it is external issues as a place to start. I'd go diving first.

I'd add broken prop blade....I had one of four broken off completely and another missing the top 1/3 of the blade.
