Bow Thruster '05 420

If I am in the wrong spot please advise?

I am at my wits end with my thruster - I replaced the OEM 3 blade with the new 4/5 blade ( i cant remember), both batteries and a new digital charger (replacing OEM from '05) and I am only getting a "dead" battery sound and barely no bow movement when toggled.
Thoughts are something wrapped around the blades, but they are moving - just not like before?
What the heck am i missing here???

I’d be looking into a bad motor or maybe brushes. If you have a way to measure the amps your pulling during operation that would help too. Sounds like there is too much of a load from somewhere. Perhaps a bearing seizing maybe?

Have you cleaned all of your connections? At both ends? I clean mine regularly each spring as thrusters pull a ton of amps. When mine first acted up, I cleaned the connections and made sure everything was good and tight and this resolved the problem. If everything seems clean and tight, then what Carpediem44DB said. Don't replace, pull and have motor repaired. Shouldn't be more than $150.00 Good Luck!
