Bow Lights & floor lights

Hello all, I am a fairly new boater, I just purchased a 2004 Sea Ray Sundancer 240, just a few quick questions:
1) my lights on the deck, do not seem to becoming on at all, would the bullbs be burnt out?

2) Also I just noticed my bow red & gree lights are not working, they were last week, would this be a buld replacement?

Any help or tips would be great, I love my boat.
