Bow Cushion Stanchion

Hey all you SLX 350 OB owners out there. We didn't get a "short" stanchion for the bow the fill-in cushion support with the new-to-us boat. Is the diameter the same as for the cockpit table? Also, what is the length of it supposed to be? Best would be a mfr and part # if anyone has...

If the hole in the bow floor base is the same diameter as the cockpit floor base, then the post is the same diameter - that part is easy enough to check by measuring. Most likely, it uses a shorter post than the cockpit post. The easiest way to get the piece is to just call your local dealer and tell them what you need - they'll get you the right thing. These are typically tapered posts so you can't just buy a metal pipe of the size you need and cut to fit.

However... there are lot's of places for that little pole to hide. Do you have the rest of the stuff needed (filler board, filler cushion)? If so, it's highly likely that the pole is still on the boat somewhere.
