Bonding wire question

I am reinstalling my new transom components and swimdeck on my 88 300DA. I have modified the bottom mounting points of the brace tubes on the outside of the transom to include a fiberglass tube, epoxied in the transom, with a stainless bolt going through the hull to secure the weight of the swim platform. Should I attach a bonding wire on th inside of the transom to each of these? Seems like a good idea.

I would since all it is going to cost is a few ring terminals, a few feet of wire and some jam nuts.
