Well the Potomac isn’t the clearest water but there are some spots where it is deep enough and not brown. If all else fails I will put on a harness and tie off to the bow and drag under at a max of fifteen knots. I don't want to lose my mask.

Anybody remember Allan Funt? Now you got me laughing. I could just see the M.P. pulling him over for swerving and then a couple minutes later you pop up out of water, scaring the crap out of them, and screaming "What the hell are you stopping us for? I just got this damned thing focused!"
