Boater Drowned at Hart Miller last week

The story I heard was that his anchor was hung up and he dived in to check the situation, and never came up. Did anyone get the real scoop. Maybe a week ago.

I asked the park rangers when they came down the dock last Saturday morning. They didn't know for sure, but they said they assumed that it was a case of simply diving in too shallow water.

wow, what a horrible thing. I had a trip planned to go there last week but got rescheduled at the last minute. Glad for that because that would have made 2 boating deaths in 2 trips - probably would have stopped boating for a while.
