Too many times folks complain about services or products, but I have to share a GREAT experience that I had with Boat US Graphics.
I decided to change my hailing port graphic. I got online on the Boat US Graphics website and easily designed my desired graphic. The price was reasonable and the lettering showed in 2 days. Like a moron, I messed up the alignment and the first word was canted. I called them and explained what happened; they not only offered to replace the graphic free of charge, but because I told them that I could still see the old lettering and would need to buff that out at a later time, they also included the word I screwed up, so now I have an entire set for a later installation when I get the boat buffed out.
The best part is that I had this conversation at 2pm yesterday and I just received the package at 10am today!!! Now THAT is amazing customer service!!!

Thanks for posting I was just looking at their site to buy new graphics, my neighbor has a graphics plotter but by the time I buy a roll of the color we want it costs more than buying the completed lettering from Boatus.

I also just had a great experience. I replaced both of the stripes on my boat and changed the hailing port name as well. Placed my order on Monday of last week, received the two rolls of striping and the name, and completed the install just yesterday. They are great!

Have to agree. They did a great job with my last order 3 years ago and I'm in the process of doing new graphics for the new boat and they most certainly "won" my repeat business.

I talked to the boat us graphics folks at the end of last season to see if they do other customized products. Sounded like they were looking into embroidery and screen printing, but hadn't gotten that far yet. May start doing shirts or cuzzis, boarding mats etc. I wonder if they have started yet.

The keychain floats with the boat name are really nice and seem to be pretty durable

Totally agree that they are great to work with. They also save your graphics so you can reorder at I believe half price if you or your detailer hits them too hard with the rotary buffer.
