Where can I find specs for screws used in the boat? They are not listed in the part manual. I found that one of the screws to hold the metal insert in the rubrail came off and would like to replace it. Thank you.

I'm not sure there are specs for screws. I've always taken one of the others out and brought it to a hardware or boat store. You should be able to match one up from their stock.

Most likely the screw broke off leaving a piece in the hole. It happened to mine a few times. I needed to cut the tip off of a new one so it would go all the way into the hole.

A little bit on screws and hardware. For the screws and fasteners on the outside of the boat exposed to the elements the ACE / Home Depot stock is 18-8 stainless steel and does not have great corrosion proof properties. You really need screws made from 316 stainless steel. There is little cost difference. You can get the 316 stainless hardware from companies like McMaster-Carr; Their web site is great also..
