Boat range etc?

I am new to the cruiser boat style and just purchased a 1997 290 Sundancer with an upgraded engine to the 496 MAG Efi with a Bravo-III. I just wanted to see if anyone had a similar set up and could tell me about what I can expect for the following:
1) GPH- at cruising speed?
2) Typical range on a this boat for a tank of fuel?
Also any other information that may help me would be great.
