Anybody know why these numbers are placarded on a Utah registered boat?
Maybe a rental or boat club?

Yeah, that looks like the Coast Guard documentation number - usually are in the ER, that is a strange place to put them.

They are supposed to be permanently installed on a bulkhead. Never seen the numbers outside of an ER or internal bulkhead. Kinda tacky.

I did a history report, came up as a byliner, when in fact its a regal, Im confused? The vessel name is right?
