Anybody know why these numbers are placarded on a Utah registered boat?
Maybe a rental or boat club?

At one time it was Documented with US Coast Guard. Kind of an odd place to put the numbers. Mine are in the engine room.

Yeah, that looks like the Coast Guard documentation number - usually are in the ER, that is a strange place to put them.

They are supposed to be permanently installed on a bulkhead. Never seen the numbers outside of an ER or internal bulkhead. Kinda tacky.

I did a history report, came up as a byliner, when in fact its a regal, Im confused? The vessel name is right?
