A friend of mine just sold their 300 Sundancer this weekend - in my mind for a very good price. It was above book value. But the boat was immaculate and everything was maintained meticulously. It seems like I am reading more post on people buying boats.

There is more shopper activity on our dock. A 2455 Bayliner was sold last weekend, there still are 2 S/R's & a Wellcraft. With winterizing and storage fees looming, there may be some owners looking to reduce pricing before the leaves fall.

Glad to hear your buddy's 300 sold well.

Scott...was it the 2004 300DA? Did they sell by owner or through a broker? Can you PM me the sales price? Thanks....

skolbe has a good point. Boats are selling but the buyers are more particular, a clean and well kept boat always gets buyers!!!!

A guy at my dock just bought an '04 260. Beautiful boat.

Local Marine Max has very little inventory, they sold lots of boats in the last month. I think the used boat market has leveled.

On my dock alone - many boats are changing hands.

Yes, ours is a 1999 and looks new. People shopping around the marinas alot more frequently. I have had 2 offers and its not even for sale.

Is that the one that was listed on River Bill's?

Yes it was the 04 not the 06. The boat was pretty much perfect.
