Blower Motor Replacement

Does anybody have any tips on how to remove the starboard blower on a 2002-2007 300DA? I found an access panel next to my aft bench
seat, but can't see the blower. I can feel it, but don't know how to remove/replace it. Thanks in advance!

FYI, the blowers are screwed into the transom on either side of the bilge, I had thought they were right at the opening on either side... Very easy to replace.
