Nice Job!

What brand and style of lights?

Very nice.

I think that pic was posted in another thread, and although I'm not having 4 installed, that pic inspired me to get 2 48LED blue lights installed on my boat. It's getting done this week while getting service and recomissioned.

Thanks for sharing.

I don't need exact figures, but what is the ballpark price to have this done? What is the extent of the installation work?

Appreciate the feedback!

Beautiful!

WOW....that looks great, maybe it's just the location Mate....I don't know. Actually, I would be interested in the type of lights you chose and pic's of the installation process if you have any. Good job. Rich

Well, your post pushed me to do some serious research over the weekend. I scoured many a boat forum, and called various manufacturers to make an informed decision. I'm happy to report that I placed an order yesterday for some Blue underwater LED's. Once installed, I will post my results and share some information about the entire process. EXTREMELY EXCITED about this mod. Can't wait to get them on the boat!!!

Sweet loking set-up....Would look sooo much better if your antennas were straight!

Inspiring, will be installing a pair of Ocean A-12 Amphibian's this weekend. (at least the below water line part of the job)

Dasch - Very interested to hear how your install goes - especially as related to surface prep and drilling the hull. Looking forward to your feedback!

The Amphibians are surface mounted so the steps will be:
- Layout (looking to center over rudders)
- Sand off bottom paint (use PPE)
- Recheck inside bilge for wires, hoses, hardware, etc.
- Drill 3/8" dia. hole for wire, drill 1/8" pilot holes for mounting screws.
- Bed screw and wire holes with 4200
- Mount lights
I intend to complete the wiring back at my home dock after she's splashed in a few weeks

Dasch - I like the sounds of your plan. I will be following a similar layout. Be sure to keep your drill at a 90 degree angle to help get through the glass!

I'm hoping that two A12's will be enough, if not I will pop a 3rd one in the middle next spring
