Ok. That is a list to keep anyone busy for a good while. Fortunately, I didn’t see any major engine work on your list.

Did you replace the Delrin balls in your door track when you made that repair?

I did not. Everything seems to be in good working order after the deep cleaning. Curious - is that a hard job? I see that the 260's are really hard to do - removing the right side glass, helm etc to get the door out. YIKES! I can't see where I'd be able to remove the helm to get the door out on my 280....

Sometime before I got mine, the lower door track had been modified to an external track. I was able to replace the roller balls in mine in about an hour or two with the door in place. It looks that external track could be installed with the door in place. I did read where console disassembly was necessary otherwise.
