I have some water laying in the bilge (starboard side of the motor). It looks like it can't escape since there is a stringer there trapping the water. Weird.

Shop Vac it out and see if it comes back. If it does, you need to find the point of entry and fix.

If your freshwater pump is on that side, it may be leaking

My stringers have 1/2" holes near the back to allow water to drain into the lower part of the bilge. They stop up easily.

I thought there would be a drain hole too but I couldn't locate any. I think that I'll vac it out as suggested and see if any water reappears. This boat doesn't have a fresh water tank.

Although not a Sea Ray, my boat has a similar thing happen at the very aft end of the bilge. Due to the prop tunnels, it creates a corner that can't drain back into the main bilge, unless the boat is sitting a bit bow down. Assuming this isn't coming in through the hull, and simply getting into the bilge by rain, wet passengers, etc... a shop vac and some towels might be the only way to keep it dry at this corner.
