Bilge water... cloudy

I have some water in the bilge. We just had some heavy rain, so I'm not too worried yet...

The water coming out the thru hull from the pump is very cloudy. Kinda looks like comet or softscrub mixed with water. I haven't used anything in about 2 months like that.

Any idea on what it might be before I go crawlin around???

Generally the turbulence in the pump and outflow is enough to make it look like this, especially if there is any cleaner residue left in the bilge.

Mine always looks like this from past liberal applications of Simple Green.
