Bilge Ventilation hose cover

The cover on the Starboard side is separating from the fiberglass. Does anyone know how to repair it? I can't see where any screws are holding it on, just looks like caulk holding it on. It is the outside cover for the ventilation of the engine. Any help?

It is just "glued" on. And the glue will fail over time.
Do not lose that cover, repair ASAP. They are hard to replace.
My mechanic reglued mine for me, and also put two small white screws in the covers to keep them in place.
