Bilge vent cover went bye bye

Well after a great long weekend I discovered this when I got home. Argh! My vent cover is gone. I'm surprised to see that it was held in place only with caulk/rubbery adhesive. I think hanging a fender on that cleat probably loosened it up. Now the question is will I be able to order a new one and if so what to use to reinstall? I'll call dealer in the morning.

Btw- since Photobucket changed its policy and now requires $400 host inages I need a new imaging hosting service.
