Bilge pump fuse location on 1998 Sea Ray 190

My buddy has a 98 190 and his bilge pump is not working. We have it narrowed down to most likely the fuse. Can't seem to find where it's located. Any help would be great. Thanks

If you have the Electronic Switch Pad the Owner's manual says the fusebox is mounted below the dash and is connected to the ESP so I would follow the wires from the ESP, hope you find it.

There may be a fuse in-line in a weather proof holder close to the battery.
