Bilge access on 2003 400 sedan bridge

Has anyone found away to get access to the bilge area on the starboard side forward of the engine bulkhead under the gallon. I have a leak in the potable water system that shows up as water in the hidden bilge area under the bunk in quest cabin. I have tried to see into the area even tried a small camera on a stick but can't see anything
The water lines leave the engine space on the outside of the starboard stringer then reappear under the port bunk. I have talked with searay customer support and have the plumbing diagram that show a pair of t-connect under all the cabinets.

That was a one post and gone member two years ago. Those hidden bilge areas are a pain to deal with. Once water builds up in them from a tank or rain water leak.....it is a pain to get it out.....then you still have to find the source. I ended up drilling in access ports.
