One time my sons girlfriend couldn't get her belly button piercing out. I had to use two pair of pliers to unscrew the little ball on one end so she could slide it out. That thing stunk, I threw it in the garbage. She said it had been in there a while, they're supposed to take them out and clean the hole once in a while. Anyone nibbling on those could be getting a nasty mouth full of germs.
