Beware of the ankle cutting device...

I'm not sure if all SeaRay's have this upgrade, but I found mine yesterday. As I was loading the boat to go back to the marina I decided to only step down on the first step in the cabin, as I was wet and didn't want to drip water on the carpet. Well as I was stepping back out, my ankle caught the threshold/ sharp cutting object used in horror movies with the back of my ankle. Of course it bled like a stuck pig and would not stop. We had to wrap it with a towel to slow the bleeding. When we got back to the marina, the guys at the dock asked who we knocked off out there, because there was blood everywhere. Be careful!

I have more of a concussion device at the top of the cabin entry door. No trip on the boat is complete without slamming my head on that thing.

I have that option as well. At 6'3" it seems to get me just when I least expect it!

First night out I ALWAYS find the raised bottom door as I step into the bathroom. It hurts like a son of a gun when you are barefoot!
