You could try Ocean Pride. They are about 10 mins south of the fairgrounds on York Road. Another 15 minuts south in to Towson is The Crack Pot on Loch Raven Blvd.

There's nothing up that way. Some places closer to Middle River.

But the best is what @Blueone posted.

Ocean Pride is the closest, next would be Skipjacks on Belair Road at the beltway, if you want carry out, Capt Treys in Hunt valley or maybe Gibbys right next to the fairgrounds
