Best place to buy manifolds, spacers and elbows for 350MAG

I am helping a friend on the coast to replace his manifolds and elbows on a 2005 Sea Ray 240 Sundeck with a 350MAG engine. The parts are the same as on my 5.0MPI so we need manifolds, two riser spacers and the elbows.

can someone recommend a good place to buy these parts onlinde?

We found that manifolds are available from Mallory and OEM Merc with the Mallory manifolds as low as $266 per side.

Are the mallory any good??

This boat will come from the coast to our lake so he'll get out of salt water and will only boat with us in fresh water in the future.

Any help where to buy the manifolds, spacers and elbows is much appreciated!!:smt038

I've said it before and I'll say it again...if you are saving hundreds, maybe thousands of bucks by doing it yourself, SPEND THE DOUGH on OEM Merc stuff. I have found the best prices and cheapest (and very fast) shipping from BOATF1X.COM. I ordered 250 lbs of cast iron for my two exhaust systems and it arrived in 2 days for $27.00.

Make sure you are getting "Dry Joint" manifolds (864308T01 OEM) The change was made on 2004 +/- and up engines, Boat Fix doesn't have them (that I could find)
A Ship Shape segment had several Barr and Osco aftermarkets and Merc OEM exhaust manifolds and both the aftermarkets were heavier,(more iron), and about 30% less expensive than OEM.
I think I will replace mine with the Barr this winter.
FYI both Barr and Osco are made in the US, don't know about Merc.

Unfortunately the 240SD uses 3 inch risers which makes the whole package much more expensive. This site has the whole enchilada for $1600 incl. shipping
