Begen Point. NY. Pump out Hours of operation?

Hi, Anyone know the Begen Point Pump-out Hours of Operation. I went there yesterday ( tuesday) at 4:15 and the Pump was turned off and the hose was locked behind the fence.I tried to call the Town of Babylon to get the hours and I am waiting for a phone call back. I am Looking to go Sunday if open because I plan on pulling the Boat John G

Tanner park is still open.Its right by the boat ramp.just pumped there last week.Its also open all the time.
