I did my similar vintage 270 with a 2 inch black boot stripe topped with a silver one half inch stripe. Then used the black bubble logo below to top it off.

30 hours into buff n wax alone...this was my first one but with a little help from harbor freight and some free time she turned out mint! You're your own worst critic ya know

I can't believe you got the bottom so clean and shiny. Does it look that good up close as well? Do you still have big brown stripes on the bottom where the trailer bunks are? If not, how do you get to those areas?

Looks great.....oxalic acid is your answer. I was skeptical but stuff is amazing to say the least. And cheap!

Justin, congratulations on a job well done. I like the "no stripes" look. The whole look of the boat is clean and it gives it an elongated look.
