been away for awhile

It was a challenging September. I was let go from the builder I sold homes for and have started a new career. I am now selling real estate brokerage and am already feeling the crunch of "starting my own business." Unfortunately, I have not been to the lake in over a month and the weather has been great. Any tips from other real estate agents on the forum would be appreciated. Thanks and I hope I start the season early next year!

Brent, Great to see you back. Yes it has been a very interesting year in Real Estate. If I remember correctly your in a market similar to me. Resort area. mainly vacations/retirement/second homes. Congratulations on the new business. I wish you the best of luck with it.

Can't offer any advice on the housing market. You might set up a fax line on the Sundeck and use it as the office and take it as a business expense. :thumbsup:
