My '91 Sedan Bridge master bed frame blows apart if I fill the potable water to capacity. The vent will blow out water when full but my bed will literally blow apart as well. Seems the potable water bladder swells beyond what it should. "Ballooning" if you will. Not sure if adding bracing to the framework will "fix" anything but maybe burst the bladder. Anyone else have this issue? Any good reasons why I'm having this issue? Thanks in advance

Is it a safe assumption that is a new issue and not one that has been happening since 1991? Open everything up and look for some type of foreign item that has fallen between the tank and the bed frame, putting extra stress against the frame. Also look to see if the water tank has shifted out of it's normal position. I'm not familiar with your exact setup, but based on the info you have provided, that would be educated guess. Or, the reverse... the bed frame has shifted, etc.
