Battery Charger Help

I have a 1990 350 Dancer.
My charger crapped out last year and need to replace it.
I had a two bank 10\10 charger to charge 4 27 series batteries. 2 banks of 2.
I want to install at Promariner Pronautic 12 15.
Should I have any issues?

The Pro mariner rep recommended a 1240p for me when I upgraded to 4 group 31s in 2 banks. My original charger was a 30 amp charging 4 group 27s in 2 banks. A full charge must take quite a while with only 10-15 amps?

Thats why I'm asking. The 15 seems light but then again the boats at the dock 90% of time other than beach days.
