Charles 5000 SP Series Marine 100 amp 3 bank battery charger. Very lightly used, looks new. I had it in my cruising motor boat for 2.5 yrs then removed it before selling it. So it includes everything needed to connect this to your 3 battery bank DC electrical System.
Includes:

• Charles 5000 SP Series Marine 100 amp charger
• 3 Blue Seas Fuse Mounts with 125 amp fuses
• 3 27" 2 AWG red cables with ring ends. Used to connect fuses to each battery
• 3 13 foot #2 AWG red cables with ring ends. Used to connect battery charger to fuses.
• 1 14 foot #2 AWG black cable with ring end. Used to connect battery charger to negative ground, usually the engine.
• 1 19 foot Marine grade #12 AWG power line used to connect AC power from circuit breaker to battery charger.
• 1 20 amp AC circuit breaker.

Is it a "smart Charger"?

Yes it's very smart! It has 3 or 4 charge modes and the battery type is selectable, AGM, Gel Cell, or Lead Acid.
Here's a picture of the ID plate.
I bought it new in April '14 and removed it from my boat just before it sold in December '16.
