Battery/Blower issue

Ok all. I need your opinions. ‘07 340DA. Below you will see a picture of my electrical panel and here goes my issue.

1. My BILGE BLOWERS opens up my windshield vent and DOES NOT turn on the Bilge Blower.

2. STBD MAIN BATTERY SOLENOID did not light up when energized so I changed the entire solenoid. Still does not light up. In addition, the STBD BATTERY SOLENOID does not register voltage on the DC VOLTS meter when using the STBD VOLTAGE TEST switch.

Engine starts, Gen starts, everything works but I’m concerned the STBD battery is hot all the time?

Can someone give me an idea of how to go about trouble shooting this issue. Opening the panel does not give a clear indication as to the problem.
