Looking to upgrade newly purchased 2005 Sundancer currently with only 4 batteries (2 flooded 2 AGM) and a 12 volt bow thruster running off these as well.
Want to set up 6 new AGM, new charger and monitoring system. Should I separate the batteries (4 for house and starting) (2 for bow thruster (parallel as only 12 volt) then add B switch just in case house run low the thruster batteries could be used to start. Anyone done a really good system. Not worried about cost too much....this area needs work.
