I recently purchased a 2005 240 Sundeck and the bathroom door hinge is pulling out from the boat. I was going to replace the screws with a locking washer and screws but I can not figure out how to remove the panels inside the bathroom to get to the issue. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Above the toilet are 2 plastic caps in the angled ceiling panel.
Remove the caps and then the long Phillips screws. The angled panel will drop down. You’ll need to twist and turn it to get it out of the bathroom.
Sorry that’s all I’ve removed from mine.
Hopefully from there you can figure out how to remove the side panel near the hinge.

I went a different route. I pulled off the metal hoop and got a small piece of metal. I laid the hoop piece on the metal and drilled pilot holes. I then took the metal and slid it inside the wall between the fiberglass and the panel. Then reattached the piece with stainless screws. Works perfectly now.
